HubSpot is coming soon
HubSpot is changing how apps connect, and its new keys cannot receive webhooks. Rather than ship triggers that stop working, HubSpot arrives in Qoren with sign-in through HubSpot.
Can I connect HubSpot to a Qoren agent today?
Not as an integration yet. HubSpot is ending the creation of legacy private apps, and the Service Keys that replace them cannot receive webhooks, which is how Qoren wakes an agent. HubSpot will arrive with sign-in through HubSpot. Until then an agent can still call HubSpot's API with a key kept in the vault.
Why HubSpot is not ready yet
HubSpot stops the creation of new legacy private apps on 26 October 2026 (earlier for accounts created since late September 2026). Existing private apps keep working, but the Service Keys that replace them cannot receive webhooks. Triggers built on a path that new HubSpot accounts cannot follow would break for the next customer, so HubSpot waits for sign-in through HubSpot.
What works today
- 01Keep a HubSpot key in Qoren's encrypted vault and hand it to the agent: its own skills and scripts can call HubSpot's API.
- 02Connect Pipedrive instead if you are choosing a CRM for agents now: it has triggers and curated tools today.
- 03Forward HubSpot notification emails to the agent's own email address, which wakes it when mail arrives.

There is no date yet. It arrives with sign-in through HubSpot, which makes webhooks automatic and needs no key at all.
Can my agents use HubSpot in the meantime?
Yes, outside integrations. Store a HubSpot key in the vault and hand it to the agent, and its own skills and scripts can call HubSpot's API. Qoren's curated tools, approvals for HubSpot calls and HubSpot triggers come with the integration.

HubSpot's Service Keys work for API calls but cannot receive webhooks, and a trigger needs webhooks. Legacy private apps can, but HubSpot stops creating new ones, so triggers built on them would not work for new customers.
